Abundant foliage dominates the landscape of Palos Verdes

Palos Verdes lies in the foothills along the Pacific Ocean, approximately 30 miles south west of Los Angeles. This upscale community has one of the highest per capita incomes in California.

The high school is situated on Cloyden Road just across the street from the Pacific Ocean just southwest of the beach cities of Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach. Classrooms have been updated with the latest technology along with a computer room for class projects and e-mail correspondence. A daily Continental breakfast and catered lunch will be served on campus. There is also the Golden Cove Shopping Center approximately three miles away and Trump's National Golf Resort which is a short drive along the coast.

Dinner at Kincaids Restaurant in Redondo Beach, followed by a gondola tour through the canals of Naples, Ca.

Cost: $65 per person that includes meal, beverage, boat cruise, tax, gratuity, and transportation

More Info: The Gondola Getaway established in 1982 brings old world charm and a thousand year old tradition to Long Beach. Authentic Venetian gondolas gently cruise the enchanting canals and waterways of Naples Island near the resort area of Belmont Shore in Long Beach.

Each cruise is approximately one hour. All cruises are furnished with a complimentary basket of bread, cheese and salami. An ice bucket and wine glasses are provided.
